Buy Back Term and Conditions

1. The condition of the vehicle must be the same as at the time of delivery.

2. Any scratches / dents/ damages including residual smells,(Smoking and Animal Smells, etc.) that are found on or in the car presented for Buy Back, ICHINEN AUTOS reserved the right to decrease the Buy Back price.

3. If the car has an accident history since purchase by the registered owner, ICHINEN AUTOS will decline to implement a Buy Back of the accident / structural damage car.

4. ICHINEN AUTOS reserves the right to implement inspection carried out by a mechanic, and if any mechanical or structural issue is found, the cost of repair shall be subtracted from the Buy Back price.

5. The vehicle to be eligible for Buy Back must be currently registered, and the registration (annual license) must be current for at least another 1 month.

6. The vehicle to be eligible for Buy Back must have a current Warrant of Fitness (WOF that is valid for at least another 1 month.

7. The vehicle to be eligible for Buy Back must be originally purchased from ICHINEN AUTOS.

8. All vehicles eligible for Buy Back must be freehold. In the event that any vehicle has current security or loans registered, the loan or security must be discharged before any ICHINEN AUTOS Buy Back settlement can occur.

9. Any vehicle listed as stolen by NZ Police or other authority is not eligible for Buy Back.

10. The vehicle's Buy Back Guarantee will be void if the odometer has been tampered with.

11. Any Road User Charges attributable to the vehicle must be fully paid prior to Buy Back commencing.

12. The purchase price of the vehicle refers to the original vehicle sale price excluding ORC minus the amount of rebate under Clean Car Discount.

13. The calculation of the Buy Back price starts from the original vehicle delivery date.

14. The Buy Back price is subject to variation depending on mileage of the vehicle. (a maximum of 14,000km/per year of vehicle ownership)

15. All vehicles qualifying for Buy Back must undergo inspection by ICHINEN AUTOS to determine the vehicles Buy Back price in accordance with ICHINEN AUTOS Buy Back Pricing Guidelines.

16. To be eligible for Buy Back, all vehicles must be serviced in accordance with the Vehicle Service Guidelines provided by ICHINEN AUTOS at the time of initial purchase.

17. ICHINEN AUTOS reserves the right to request all invoices and receipts in relation to any servicing performed.

18. ICHINEN AUTOS will not be responsible for any personal possessions left in the vehicle once it has been handed over.

19. Any keys, alloy lock nuts, spare tyres or wheels, remote controls or tools etc., that are sold with the vehicle must be returned with the vehicle to ICHINEN AUTOS.

20. Customers eligible for the Buy Back scheme are able to view the ICHINEN AUTOS Buy Back Pricing Guidelines.

21. Customers eligible for Buy Back must advise ICHINEN AUTOS of all previous vehicle repair and service history.

22. Should the vehicle be sold by ICHINEN AUTOS customer to a third party prior to requesting Buy Back, Buy Back is not transferable.

23. Free WOF inspection and free 1st service at ICHINEN AUTOS valid for 1 year only from the purchase date.

Customers

1. The registered vehicle owner is the only authorized person eligible to return the vehicle to ICHINEN AUTOS under its Buy Back scheme. ICHINEN AUTOS may request proof of both identity and vehicle ownership.

2. Any vehicle eligible for Buy Back must not be sold within a period of 30 days prior to any Buy Back request.

3. Any traffic or parking fines must be fully discharged prior to any Buy Back Settlement.

4. The Buy Back Guarantee is available for customers who purchase the gold package ($800 ORC) only.

Others

1. Payment for the vehicle under the Buy Back scheme will only be made to the bank account of the registered vehicle owner.

2. In the event that a client cancels their vehicle Buy Back, but ICHINEN AUTOS reserves the right to charge the owner for any and all cost of any repairs carried out by ICHINEN AUTOS subsequent to Buy Back
